It's been raining all day in Stockholm. Mimmi, Karl and I are spending a couple of weeks house-sitting my mother's place. This is one of my favourite spots in the world and I've posted about it before here.

Odette New York

Odette New York is a jewelry line designed by Jennifer Sarkilahti. The pieces are inspired by organic and industrial shapes, natural specimens, antique artifacts, and travel mementos and made using ancient and modern wax carving techniques and hand fabrication.
Each original design begins from a pencil sketch that is translated by hand into wax before being cast into metal. Via Lena Corwin

Chanel Resort 2010

It must have been a fantastic experience for those invited to the Chanel Resort 2010 show. Karl Lagerfeld had chosen the small island Lido just outside of Venice for the occasion. The light is extraordinary. And the clothes. And the hair and makeup. Magical. Images Style.com

Milan apartment

A Milanese apartment set within the owner's family's converted country house. The parents decided that their family home, where lighting designer Pier Lorenzo Salvone and his siblings grew up, had become too much for them. The solution was to convert the house into three apartments: one for them, and one each for the two sons. Pier, who initially studied architecture, designed the transformation. Opening up and filling the house with light, he created a balance with the surrounding countryside. From Living Etc
